Party at The Playshed!
The Playshed now offers a huge separate party room that can easily accommodate 30 kids as well as the adult guests. This was a new addition to The Playshed in late 2019 due to us outgrowing our old party room. After children have played in the soft play, and adults have enjoyed drinks and a catch-up, it's time to head to the party room for something to eat. Food is also available for adult guests, just let us know what you need when booking a party.
The room is also available for private hire. A separate heating system, tables and chairs, laptop and a High Definition Projector and Wi-Fi are also available to use. Please contact us for further information.
Birthday Parties
With 8 years of experience hosting kids parties you can now leave all the stress and mess to us so you can relax and enjoy your party. We take care of everything for the kids and the adults so all you need to do is bring a cake.. which we can also supply if necessary.
Our standard party package includes Invitations, drinks for the adult guests, unlimited juice, food and ice cream for the kids, and a party bag. You also get a free pass to bring the birthday child back for another visit. You’ll get a dedicated seating area while the kids play, before moving into the party room for something to eat. The maximum number of kids is 30 and we need to keep adult guests to around 12. Typically, a party lasts 1hr 45mins. If you would like us to cater food for the adult guests all you need to do is ask.
Private Parties
We also offer exclusive private hire parties. If you feel you want The Playshed and your party experience just for you and your guests we can happily accommodate you at set times during the week and on a weekend. A private party ensures exclusive use of all our facilities, has no restrictions on the number of adults, and also provides snacks and nibbles for the adult guests on top of what is included in our standard party package. Typically, a private party lasts 2 hours.
Other things to note
At the minute we don’t provide themed parties, face painting, or mascots. However, if you would like to privately organise any of these you are more than welcome – just let us know beforehand so we can best advise you of what’s the best time to do it.
